With the holidays, the sick dog, missing some CF WOD's the past couple of weeks, and the gym closed this past week, I feel sluggish, and its 6 days to Ragnar. I haven't been running enough, so today headed out for 5 miles. Didn't feel great, I am hoping due to bad eating and good wine, but managed to maintain a 9:30 pace, felt I was doing about a 90% tempo run. Once the crappy toxins are flushed out, I expect it to feel better. I plan on another run tomorrow, Monday, and Wednesday. Tess was disappointed I didn't take her, but she still pulls some which makes my knees sore. Can't afford that this week.
It looks like the weather will be perfect for Ragnar and we won't need to bring a lot of cold gear. I can't imagine that any of us will get much sleep so it will be interesting how we hold up, especially that last leg.
I am sure you will be purged and ready to go for the Ragnar! Good luck to you and the team- I bet is will be a hoot, and I hope you get to enjoy some of Lindsay's LaraBalls!! :) :) Paul and I will be thinking of you guys!
