I haven't strayed much from Paleo since the challenge. Had a few pretzels and some chocolate covered raisins a few evenings, and I did have a fabulous ice cold beer for the first time in weeks after working in the yard. The beer was worth it, the pretzels and raisins were not. Still staying with my typical breakfast of eggs, fruit, and nuts or avocado; lunch and dinner lean poultry, fresh veggies and a fat. Except for this #*$%%! foot I feel great. I really miss running.
Yesterday's WOD in 14 something, had to do 750 singles as I haven't caught on to d/u's yet, whew! Saw some EXCELLENT times on the board; way to go Tyler and A-Bomb! You two have got to give me some d/u pointers.
I agree with TOY, the Paleo is easy for me too. When I first heard Coach C and others talking about it at the gym, I thought ya'll were nuts. It has now become a habit for me.
