"Badger" kicked the snot out of me last Saturday, took me 49:05 to complete, highest time on the board, but I did every rep. Monday was one I enjoyed, walking lunge 100ft then 21 pullups & 21 situps, walking lunge 100ft then 18 pullups and 18 situps, continue through 15, 12, 9, and 6 for time. Time 20:00. Tuesday max single rep press, work up with 3-3-3-1-1-1. Last 3RM was 55#. PR'd with single RM at 58#. A little at a time. Today 3 rounds of row 500 meters and 20 burpees for time. Time 14:59. Love/hate the rower.
I've been told I need to try the really skinny band for pullups, not looking forward to it but probably need to give it a try next week.
Nutrition pretty good, lose a little focus sometimes at night but overall pleased. Just for grins-and-giggles I'm going to get some blood work done next week, I'm curious about what my cholesterol, glucose, triglycerides and so forth are now that I'm mostly gluten/grain/dairy free and eating eggs every day. It's free as part of our Employee Health Fair, can't beat that.
