One and a half weeks into the 12-week training period for the St. Petersburg Half Marathon. Did the 5K time trial on Sunday morning with a dedicated (crazy) group of Crossfitters and my hubby, time was 28:26. Not my best, but I am pleased considering I haven't run much this summer and it gives me plenty of room to improve! Tuesday Monica and I did the "8x200 every 3 minutes" after the WOD, times: :48, :44, :43, :42, :42, :43, :42, :43. The turnaround is a bugger. Today was a rest day and tomorrow is the "20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x 16".
Doing well with the nutrition although I am savoring a nice cold beer at the moment and may just have a second......
Good for you! (cold beer) I would almost kill for one these days!! :)

The boys and I are doing great and I know will find peace and happiness in our new home :) AND if your girls are running this weekend I will be there... I need to get back into the swing of things AND I need to help Jane... she has a beautiful dress to fit into in less than 3 months!!!!!!
