CFE: Rowed 2 minutes on 1 minute off times 6 rounds. Total distance 2664 meters. Took it easier on last 2 rounds.
WOD: Front squats. Only 83 pounds, need to work on pushing chest out, keep bar high up to neck (thanks TOY!) don't push butt out like on back squats.
Dinner: Grilled chicken, romaine salad with red bell pepper, butternet squash, avocado, olive oil, lemon, and honey dressing.

Went to Podiatrist this morning for heel pain, could barely walk. Confirmed plantar fasciitis. Cortisone shot, recommended exercises, ice, didn't discourage running....cool.
