WOD: Estranged. In 12 minutes, row 500 meters once, then AMRAP of 3 powercleans and 5 clapping pushups. Uses 53 pounds and did 10 regular p/J's. 9 rounds plus 3 PC. Felt good!
Dinner: Big romaine salad with butternut squash, avocado, red bell pepper, and chicken.
