Breakfast: Black coffee, Larabar
Off to the Susan G. Komen race. Tried running a little but the foot said NO WAY! So I went to the finish line to take pictures of the CrossFit team. I think I got a shot of everyone sprinting to the finish. When I figure out how to, I'll post a link to the album. Everyone did great!!! Then off to Starbucks.
Lunch: Scrambled eggs, pecans, strawberries.
Dinner: Made chicken and rice casserole with lots of cheese for everyone else. I had grilled chicken, slightly broiled butternut squash and red bell pepper with toasted walnuts. DELICIOUS!! Feels weird cooking stuff I won't eat but I'm not trying to convert anyone else. Good thing is my family seems to accept my eating regime without question or comment. Test will be today at my in-laws, they are always insisting that everyone eat, eat, eat. I've packed some Paleo snacks just in case.
No chocolate last night but some wine.
