Thursday

Breakfast: Black coffee, strawberries, nectarine, scrambled eggs

Lunch: Sliced turkey, mac nuts

Larabar

WOD: "Jelly". Heel hurt like hell, seemed to feel better on the warm-up 400, but by the second 400 of the WOD I had to walk it in. Did last 3 rounds on the rower, thanks for setting it up for me so fast Coach! Time 20 and something.

Dinner out with mom and dad. Had a very unsatisfying salad with oil and vinegar and grilled chicken. A little dark chocolate when I got home and a glass of wine.
