Thursday

Breakfast on the run: HB egg, nectarine, pecans

Snack: Larabar

Lunch: Chicken, spaghetti squash, clean tomato sauce, avocado

Snack: Chicken, pecans and walnuts

Ran with OCD before the WOD, did a leisurely 20 minute run.
WOD: SB bench press. Last 5 rep max 63 pounds, failed on 3 rep at 68. Single rep max was 68 pounds. Tonight PR'd with 5 RM of 73 pounds. Last couple of reps weren't pretty by golly it went up.

Dinner: Chicken, romaine salad with lots of red bell pepper, avocado, and the usual and now my favorite dressing of olive oil, lemon, and a touch of honey.

Dark chocolate and a glass of wine to top off the night.
