WOD: Tabata DB power snatches, right and left; 1 minute rest; Tabata box jumps (rx 20", used 16); 1 minute rest; Tabata DB power snatches, right and left. Take lowest rep of each round. Total 24.
Dinner: Grilled chicken, slightly broiled butternut squash, brocolli. Loving the colorful meals.
All the talk and blogs about "cheats" got to me and I indulged in some M & M's tonight. Like my dinner, also very colorful, but unlike dinner, made me feel yucky. I am over the urge for more for quite a while. Really looking forward to that 5k row tomorrow!
how did you like the raw bnut squash? I have never tried that...hmmm...
