Off today so joined T.O.Y. at the 8 am class for the WOD, it was good to see the morning crew! Used a lousy 58 pounds, felt I should have used more but still so sloppy on the PC triple extension jump that I didn't. So many things to work on, so little time......
Black coffee and water before the WOD. When I got home had a 3 egg omelet with a little turkey and some red bell pepper in it, a couple of strawberries, and toasted walnuts. I am hooked on toasted walnuts and pecans. So good.
Larabar and a double non-fat latte while shopping at GCTC. I found a Camelback hydration pack that I like for biking, anxious to try it Sunday on a nice long ride. It even matches Big Red (my road bike, I name bikes and vehicles; weird, I know).
Dinner: Grilled chicken, spaghetti squash with clean tomato sauce, brocolli. Dark chocolate for dessert.
Foot hurt worse today but seems a little more localized. I am really ready to be done with this.
