WOD: Did the third option of AMRAP: Row 250 meters, 15 KBS 16k, 7 KTE. Completed 4 rounds and got through 13 KBS in round 5.
Dinner: Grilled chicken, brocolli, toasted walnuts.
Dark chocolate and glass of wine.
