What a beautiful day! Had my usual breakfast of coffee, scrambled eggs, strawberries, and walnuts. Then off to Lover's Key. Spent a couple of hours soaking up the sun, listening to kids playing in the sand and waves, and watching people. There were lots of people there, it seems like everyone was longing for a day of clear skys and sunshine. I used good old fashioned tanning lotion with zero sunscreen to get the full effect, and I am pleasantly toasted as a result.
I still am and always will be a little self conscious in a swimming suit, but I am also always mildly surprised at people who should be but who are not. Its interesting to see people in bikinis with flab covering most of the fabric.

Turkey and mac nuts
Dinner: Grilled chicken, romaine salad with red, yellow, and orange bell pepper, a little avocado, tomato, olive oil, lemon, and honey dressing.
2 squares of dark chocolate and a couple glasses of wine.
