Breakfast: Black coffee, scrambled eggs, strawberries, nectarine, walnuts
Lunch: Chicken, romaine salad with red, yellow, and orange bell pepper, avocado, oil and balsamic vinegar dressing (forgot to bring my lemon)
Snack: Turkey, mac nuts
Dinner: Chicken with clean tomato sauce, cauliflower, pecans
Dark chocolate and some wine
