Larabar for breakfast while on the run.
Lunch: Grilled chicken, romaine salad, butternut squash, red bell pepper, olive oil, lemon, and honey dressing
Snack: Small piece of chicken, almonds
Dinner: Grilled chicken, asparagus.
Dark chocolate.
