Breakfast: Black coffee, scrambled eggs, strawberries, walnuts
Drove to east coast for family get-together. Not a lot of Paleo-friendly fare but managed some sliced turkey, tomato, black olives, and fresh fruit. Rich's cousin from NJ who I met for the first time asked what I do to stay in shape, she was intrigued with CF and will probably check it out.
Nonfat latte on the way home, the family event was completely caffeine free and I needed some!
Late dinner: Chicken and romaine salad with my usual favorite dressing. Glass of wine.
