Breakfast: The usual black coffee, strawberries, scrambled eggs, walnuts
Lunch: Grilled chicken, cauliflower, naval orange, avocado
Pre-WOD snack: Starving and couldn't find a Larabar anywhere; settled on almonds from 7-11.
WOD from hell: For time: 25 each squats, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, then 50 of each, then 75 of each. Time 51:20. Was painful during and felt great to finish. Still not getting chest to floor on the push-ups, other parts hit the floor first, but didn't do any on my knees.
Dinner: Grilled chicken, broccoli with a little grape seed oil and sea salt.
