Up at 3:30 to get to a 5 am meeting. I practically mainlined coffee all morning, I had 2 Larabars, one at around 4:30 and another at 10:00. Finally ate some breakfast/lunch around 1:30pm: 3 scrambled eggs (HUNGRY!), strawberries, avocado.
Snack: Turkey, mac nuts
WOD: AMRAP in 15 minutes: 2 HSPU, 6 Burpees, 10 pullups. Did the HSPU on the tires so did 4 instead of 2, and did blue band pullups. Completed 7 rounds plus 3 burpees. This is officially the last day I will be allowed to do the HSPU on the tires, that is of course assuming we don't do them again for a month or two.
Dinner: Big salad with romaine, turkey, multi-colored bell peppers, avocado, olive oil, lemon, and honey dressing.
Some dark chocolate that I picked up at Target today. A glass of wine and off to bed. Very long day with very little sleep.
