Lunch: Grilled chicken, red bell pepper, nectarine, walnuts. I brought fresh asparagus with me to have for lunch, but as you can see from the photo below it came complete with what appeared to be bug eggs. These were on the first spear I picked up to eat, the rest went in the garbage. I don't usually wear my glasses when I eat so I wonder how many times I have eaten bug eggs? Probably Paleo.

Snack: HB egg, bell pepper, pecans
Dinner: Grilled chicken, spaghetti squash, romaine salad with olive oil, lemon, and honey dressing.
Glass of wine.
