Wednesday

Up early for 7:30 meeting; tomorrow is worse, have a 5 am meeting. Black coffee, scrambled eggs, strawberries, walnuts. More coffee to keep me awake for 2 hr meeting.

Larabar

Lunch: Big romaine salad with turkey, red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, tomato, avocado, and grape seed oil and fresh lemon dressing.

I am getting pretty bummed out with this foot, feels better for a while then reminds me I won't be running today. Sucks. I'm supposed to go for a third and final injection tomorrow, not sure its working. The Miami Tri is looming in the near future and I haven't been able to run in 3 weeks. Double sucks.

Off to row and deadlift tonight!

This was an interesting WOD. In 12 minutes, row 2K, then deadlifts in remaining time. My last 5RM was 133 so that's what I used. Score = Row time - (dl reps x 5)Score 8:25.4

Dinner: Grilled chicken, asparagus, walnuts toasted with just a little honey and cinnamon coating them.

Not a single piece of dark chocolate to be found in the pantry for a second day. Must go shopping tomorrow.

  2. Double bummer on the foot AND chocolate! If we continue to row like we have been you will be just fine to run at the tri :)
