Breakfast: Black coffee, scrambled eggs, strawberries, 1/2 banana, avocado

Lunch: Leftovers from last night; roasted chicken, little bit of gravy, spaghetti squash, small piece of flaxseed focaccia

Snack: HB egg, orange, mac nuts

Did a CFE with T.O.Y., 1 minute on 3 minutes off times 6 rounds. My friend T.O.Y. is getting faster and sustaining it for longer time. She is AWESOME! My fastest was
.17 miles at a pace of 6:01 minute mile, slowest .15 miles at 6:28. The sprinting made that darned muscle on the inside of my right leg hurt which wasn't helped any by the "Windmill" series tonight. I won't even discuss my performance with the TGU routine, sufficient to say I did not finish it! However, I got to watch T.O.Y., Baconator, Mariel, and Mynx do a really nice job with heavy weights. I think Mariel and Kary finished with 35 pounds! Looking forward to a different WOD tomorrow!

Dinner: Grilled chicken, spaghetti squash, ample portion of OCD's Green Mountain Gringo Salsa which I did indeed find at Publix. Was very good, and I am not really a salsa lover. I'm having it tomorrow with my scrambled eggs. Small piece of dark chocolate.

Glass of wine and off to bed!
