Tuesday

Breakfast: Black coffee, scrambled eggs, nectarine, 1/2 banana, avocado

Lunch: Chicken, lettuce, bell pepper, olive oil, lemon, and honey dressing

Larabar

WOD: Overhead squats. I have a terrible time with these, think I used the pvc last time. Used empty 15# bar and with some tips from Coach am feeling better with them. Am committing to doing them once a week with warm-up to improve.
Did a tempo run with OCD, 1.71 miles in 19 minutes, approx. 75%. Missed T.O.Y.

Back to work for night shift meeting but came prepared with food: turkey, banana, almond butter, and coffee.
