Thursday

Breakfast: Black coffee, scrambled eggs, strawberries, tangerine, avocado

Lunch: Chicken, spaghetti squash, brocolli, avocado

Snack: Chicken, avocado

Met T.O.Y. and OCD for a CFE but ended up walking and talking which was very nice, I think we needed to share some chat time and are going to make time for more on weekends after the WOD.
WOD: Press, push press, push jerk
Don't remember all reps exactly, but do know that did 68 on the push jerks which was better than last time in November when did 58. Most of my push jerks look like push presses, so need to work on that jumping under the bar, huge surprise!

Dinner: Romaine salad, turkey, olive oil, lemon, and honey dressing

Had a major break in habit last night and had a cheat of potato chips of all things! My husband is out of town and my best boy Max is sick, liver functions are all screwed up for some reason, and I had a weak moment and chowed down on about 3 handfuls before I threw the bag out (after dutifully dousing them in water and crushing them). Suffered the effects last night, woke up several times with leg cramps, maybe from the salt? Off to the Vet this morning for an ultrasound on Max.

  1. You did awesome with those weights last night! You're getting way stronger. And we've all had moments of weakness--3 handfuls better than a whole bag! Hope Max feels better soon!!!!

    Hey, guess what? it's a new day today, (the sun did come up) and chips are moving right thru to exit anyhow! ;O Nice work on the press work, 68lbs!
