Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, strawberries, blueberries, 1/4 banana, walnuts
Lunch: Chicken, broccoli and cauliflower, raw red, yellow, and orange bell pepper slices, avocado
Snack: 1/2 apple, almond butter, chicken
No CF tonight, "rest" day. I usually don't like the rest day but today it feels ok. Met my hubby at Barkingham Park on the way home and took Gladys, Max, and Abby for a nice long and brisk walk. They had a great time sniffing and peeing everywhere, then off to DQ to get them a plain cheeseburger and a "pup cup" of ice cream; they are not on the Paleo challenge.
Dinner: Salad with turkey, bell pepper, 1/2 apple, tomato, olive oil/lemon/honey dressing. Some mac nuts.

i feed my kitties iams, but am going to start buying meat for them. most cat food is full of corn and fillers and garbage that cats don't need, and is not exactly good for them. i do think the occasional treat, like a pup cup, is A-OK. :)
