Breakfast: Black coffee, scrambled eggs, 1/2 nectarine, strawberries, avocado
Lunch: Turkey, romaine lettuce, orange, red, yellow bell peppers, and avocado with olive oil, lemon, and honey for dressing. Also a big juicy naval orange.
Larabar and a small handful of almonds
WOD: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 d/u and burpees (did singles at 105-90-75-60-45-30-15). Previous time 15:40, did 12:10 today. Tyler was KILLING the d/u's, looked almost like Buddy Lee!
Dinner: Chicken, brocolli, spaghetti squash, some salsa, a little dark chocolate for dessert.
Of course I will share my no sugar consumption results with you, stu-pit. ;) i eat dark choc at night; i want to see if eliminating it will improve my sleep, and of course, see what no sugar PERIOD ~feels~ like. I'm not going to permanently delete dark choc or honey either--no way! but i do think i permanently can eliminate honey from my tea with ease, and only eat 1 square of dark choc a day, and not necessarily every day, from now on. that's my goal. just for a spell, as an experiment, i'm completely giving up all sugar. if i am bitchy just smack me. and can i say, i'm having visions of myself immobile and groaning in pain when the challenge ends and i gorge on sushi and cold stone ice cream. perhaps the challenge will cure me of my overindulgent food vices after i binge. :)
