Breakfast: Black coffee, scrambled egges, strawberries, avocado. Prior to this challenge, I didn't give much thought to breakfast, I'd have scrambled eggs and cheese or a Zone bar and head out the door. Now it has become my favorite meal.
Lunch: Ginger Larabar, sliced turkey, a few pecans
CFE: Went to Riverdale High and used the track. Did the interval 9 rounds of 1 minute on, 1 minute off. 5 rounds distance .14 miles, 4 rounds .15 miles, total 1.3 miles. I think that means I fouled and I have to do pushups. Will do them later. Ran stadium steps for about 10 minutes, love running the stadium. Had the track all to myself, very cool.
Made the "Spicy Pecans" from the recipe on Live Primal. Used both pecans and walnuts. Delicious!!!
Dinner: Turkey burger with "Live Primal" guacamole, tomato, lettuce; broiled squash, lots of spicy pecans and walnuts while everyone else was snacking on Tostidos, potato chips and various dips. At about half time had my first glass of wine. As the game progressed, probably had more wine than necessary, so this is my cheat. No chocolate tonight! Not overjoyed with outcome of game, but the Saints certainly earned the win.
