End of a long week

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, strawberries, peach, walnuts. I really love breakfast!

Lunch: Chicken, asparagus, avocado, 1/2 apple

Snack: Larabar

Got really hungry late afternoon and had to have another snack of small piece of chicken, 1/2 apple, almond butter

WOD: "Glutes". AMRAP in 15 minutes: 100 feet weighted walking lunges, 15 GHD hip extensions. Raining so did the stationary lunges inside, I think they are worse, easier to stand back up while moving forward. Used 2 15-pound dumbbells and did 30 lunges per round, 15 on each side. Completed 5 rounds plus 12 lunges. T.O.Y., Mynx and I got so busy talking about food and recipes that we completely forgot about the 100 knees-to-elbows, I will do them tomorrow. We are slackers!

I'm going to do tomorrow's WOD plus the KTE at home, got loads of stuff to do and I always end up hanging around at the gym and not getting home till late morning. Haven't figured out what to use for the ball slam yet, thought about using the little black dog Abby but she probably wouldn't go for it. I'll figure something out.



Dinner: Chicken, salad with yellow and orange bell pepper, apple, carrot, and olive oil/lemon juice/raw honey dressing

Small amount of dark chocolate, wine

    You are doing so well on the challenge. You should be v. pleased. I'm so proud of you. I admire your strength and discipline.

  4. I love that dog! I realized when I got home last night that we forgot to do the KTE's. Ahh!! We're so bad. I felt terrible about that and had to beat myself up over it for about an hour.
