Day 6

Breakfast: Black coffee, scrambled eggs, strawberries, walnuts

Lunch on the run: Apple Pie Larabar, turkey, sunflower seeds, more coffee

Dinner: Chicken, big salad with bell peppers, apple, avocado, oil and lemon

A little bit of dark chocolate and a glass of wine

Today was a rest day, finally got the best of me this evening. Jumped rope, tried and failed double unders, did 50 blue band pull ups, punched the bag a little, 5 minutes of stability ball planks, and some sit ups. I will get the double unders!
