Monday

Breakfast: Black coffee, scrambled eggs, nectarine, avocado

Lunch: Chicken, cauliflower, almonds

Snack: Larabar

Birthday cake at work for a couple of us, no problem at all resisting it!

WOD: "Cindy" 11 rounds using next-to-skinniest band. Last time in June did 13 rounds but did rack rows and about half the push-ups on knees.

Dinner: Chicken with romaine salad, red, yellow, and orange bell pepper, apple, olive oil, lemon, and honey dressing

Dark chocolate and wine
