First Day of the Challenge!

So today is the day! No more lattes, no more late night nibbling on pretzels, no glorious cheese, chocolate consumption will be minimal and 90% only. Out with the fake butter spray and spritzer salad dressings. Life will be simple, clean, and good.

Breakfast: Coffee, assorted berries, scrambled eggs, avocado
Lunch: Chicken, cauliflower & broccoli, avocado
Snack: HB egg, apple, almond butter

CFE with T.O.Y. and Jenn. Due to weather decided to do the C2 ladder; 1 min on, 1 min rest, 1 on 50 sec and so forth. Distance 2780. WOD 5 x 5 backsquats at 90% of 5 rep max, did them at 83 pounds. Finished with 4 minutes plank.

Dinner: Left over chicken fingers, salad with tomato and avocado, plain lime juice squeezed on top. Dark chocolate.
