Larabar for a snack
Lunch: Turkey, apple, almond butter
Did a workout at home: Practiced with the Buddy Lee, still can't do d/u but I feel like I'll get there. Did 55 blue band pull-ups, managed to do 4 sets of 10 uninterrupted reps, then down to 5 at a time. Gotta try the super-skinny band Jason just got at the gym! Also 40 push-ups and 100 situps.
Edison 5K: PR at 26:45, 3rd in my age category. Looks like the CFE's are working. Great job by the CF crew! Darn good times posted, and Sarah and Kate were smoking fast!

Went out to dinner, had a romaine salad with grilled chicken with olive oil and vinegar dressing and a glass of wine. I am so Paleo-afied that the vinegar was creeping me out and I nearly choked getting a wayward crouton out of my mouth. I would rather eat at home!
A few dried apricots and a couple of dates for a snack. Will probably have another glass of wine before the evening is over.
oh goodness. you are turning into me. <3
ReplyDeleteWAY TO BE for the PR and 3rd place finish!! That is stellar Diane! Way to represent CFFM :)
You were born to run! Great job on the Edison run Diane.
ReplyDeleteYou're 5K was awesome! You were running so fast we didn't see you on the way out. I made everyone scan for you on the way back. The Edison 5K cheering would not have been complete if I missed seeing you. Trust me Rob and Jim were so sick of me saying "I need to find Diane." At one point Rob said "Alright! We get it! You want to find Diane...relax!". You kicked butt!

Go Diane! That's incredibly impressive. I am sorry I didn't get to chat with you and Rich yesterday. I turned around to find you two after you said hi but you were gone. I was talking shop (ESC) with Tim. I am a hard working mama.
