Breakfast: The usual scrambled eggs, strawberries, tossed in 1/2 banana for a change, blueberries, avocado
Lunch: Chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, avocado, 1/2 apple
Snack: Larabar (love these things)
CFE with T.O.Y. and OCD: Opted to do the 3000 meter row, first 1500m at 85% RPE, rest 1 minute, second 1500m at 95% RPE. We were rocking!
Power cleans still a nemesis to me, one of several actually. Need to practice them much more frequently.
Dinner: Chicken, broccoli, broiled butternut squash, walnuts
Dark chocolate. I ate the last square and am not getting more tomorrow, going to try a couple of days without. Tomorrow is a "rest" day, we'll just see how that works out for me.
