Picked up Max from the Emergency Vet Clinic. He is doing well so far, seems to be happy to walk around his yard and nap in his own bed. Still "guarded" condition but so much better than Friday, nearly lost him in surgery.

Finally ate around 1:00: 3 scrambled eggs with some chopped up turkey, nectarine, avocado

A few mac nuts for a snack

Dinner: Grilled chicken, asparagus with a little olive oil and sea salt, walnuts

Dark chocolate

Probably won't make it to CF tomorrow, Rich won't get home from Las Vegas until after 6pm and I don't want to leave Max alone with his big honking abdominal incision. I'll do a workout at home and be there Tuesday. I need my CF fix!
