Breakfast: Black coffee, scrambled eggs with red and yellow bell pepper, avocado

Another snack (very hungry!): 4 dried apricots and a couple of dates, some walnuts
WOD: Shoulder presses, 5 x 5. 5 RM 53 pounds. Pitiful, but since my 1 RM is 63 pounds, not so bad. Although I missed out on "Kelly" yesterday (rest day, not slacking!) I still did the Kelly recovery, 3 rounds of 800 meter run, 100 ft spiderman crawl and walking quad stretch. Hope to get to gym on Sunday and maybe make up Kelly.
Dinner: Turkey, salad with romaine, red, yellow and orange belll pepper, 1/2 apple, and olive oil/lemon/honey dressing
